The application does not seem to be creating events in the event log. Starting yesterday towards the end the of the day on this on server, you would open Adobe, hit, the sign in screen would pop up, you hit skip and then the EULA never appears, it just goes right back to the sign in screen.
They should be able to hit skip, the next part is to accept the EULA and then you are in. So here is the story, we have a Citrix server, Windows 2016 in our farm, and Adobe Acrobat 2017 Standard is stuck in some sort of loop.The way we license Acrobat is by a serial number, so when a user first opens Adobe they are asked to sign in.
